Anaheim, CA, June 3, 2007 —The Show & Sell Center Retail Food Merchandising Pavilion, a 10,000 square foot idea center and model store on the expo floor at the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association's™ (IDDBA) annual seminar and expo, Dairy-Deli-Bake '07, gave attendees exciting new ideas to create exciting eating experiences and keep customers coming back. The expo was held in Anaheim, CA, from June 3-5.

"The Hussmann cases outperformed our expectations at IDDBA's Dairy-Deli-Bake 2007 in Anaheim, CA. In most trade show environments, many cases are not refrigerated and use fake products. All of the Hussmann cases in the IDDBA Show & Sell Center were not only "live" but all ran through one Protocol cooling system. They held temperature so well we did not have to replace ANY garnish. Also, the lighting was so good п the color of the food did not change. The refrigerated cases really showcased our sponsors' product and kept it fresh the entire show! Additionally, our merchandisers commented how easy the cases were to work with, how versatile the adjustable shelving was and how they held so much product."

Hussmann demonstrated the lastest members of the Q-Series; the new multi-deck service case Q3-DC and the Q1-DC self contained (also available with straight glass, Q1-DS). Also featured was the high capacity, multi deck merchandiser with ultra low front (D6X-8ULEP).
